Chapter 17: Farm house

Riya's POV~
"It's between us..We both will solve it", he yelled.
He opened the car door and throw me in the passenger seat.
He entered the car and started driving it with an insane speed. I was scared looking at Vicky. His eyes are red with anger. He is gritting his teeth in anger. I gulped looking at him.
"What do you think you are doing? Reduce the car speed!", I yelled when he increased the car speed.
"Shut up", he said.
"Reduce the car speed..Hey...Please....I am really scared", I said panicking. He immediately turned towards me.
He reduced the car speed. I sighed in relief.
"Where are you taking me?", I asked looking at him.
He ignored and didn't answer my question.
"I am asking you..Where are we going?", I asked again while snapping my fingers at him.
"You wanted to know where I am going right? I am going there now..So shut your mouth", he said while gritting his teeth in anger. I huffed angrily. I looked outside to the window. We almost went to the outskirts of the city.
I looked out of the window to see only trees around and there is only one road between that forest area.
"Vicky...Where are we?", I asked while being scared. He didn't answered but continued driving.
After that the car stopped at a big villa.. It's just like a farm house. He immediately got off from the car. I got off the car too.
He just went inside without waiting for me. I followed him.
When I went inside, I didn't saw Vicky around. I was looking around the house
"Riya ma'am ", I heard someone calling me.
I turned around and saw a old woman.
"Yes..Granny", I said.
"I will show you your room..Please come" , she said. I nodded and followed her.
"Where is Vicky?" I asked.
"Young Master..is busy..You can rest for a while", she said while leading a way
"Okay", I said in a low voice.
"Don't worry beta...He will be here soon", that granny said while opening the door and giving me a small smile.
"From when did you know Vicky?", I asked.
"From his childhood", she said.
"Can you tell me if Vicky comes?", I asked her.
"Sure ma'am...What do you want for dinner?", she asked.
"Anything is fine", I said.
"Okay ma'am...I will bring you dinner", she said and went off.
I went to the kitchen with her. I asked about different things and she answered me with a smile.
"So..Granny..you know Vicky from childhood?", I asked her.
"Yes dear...Sir used to be very busy so I used to be his nanny", she said.
"Oh..you are his nanny", I said while processing the information.
"How is he in childhood?", I asked her.
"Is he always been cold and strict from his childhood?", I asked her.
"No dear..He is used to be a warm and lively person....", she said while smiling remembering the memories of him.
"He? and warm? you are kidding right?", I said while sighing in anger.
"No dear...He is a good and mature person..You will soon understand him..", she said.
"Granny..I think he is warm to his family members and who he thinks is his family", I said after a huge silence.
"I guess I am not matter to him", I said while sadly smiling at my fate.
She came towards me and patted my head. I don't know when I started crying remembering his mood swings. One time he makes me feel that I am someone in his life but one time I am just a stranger to him. I continued to cried in her arms.
"Don't..dear....It's not because of you...It's because of that incident that he is like this now", she said while patting my head
Incident? What incident?
I broke the hug. I looked at her with a question. When she realized what she spoke she gasped and moved away from me.
I hold her hands tightly.
"Granny? What incident are you talking about?", I asked while looking at her.
"I don't what are you thinking about?", she said while not making the eye contact with me.
"Please Granny.. What is happening with Vicky?", I asked. She just stayed silent.
"I am his wife...I just want to help him", I said. She just stood silent.
"Please tell me..Granny", I said while tears are falling from my eyes.
"That...", when she was about to open her mouth we both heard something break in the living room.
I immediately ran towards the living room to see a vase pieces and blood stains are everywhere in the living room. I followed the blood stains and saw Vicky lying on the ground. I saw a vase piece in his hand which is piercing his hand and blood is flowing from his hand. He is reeking alcohol.
"Vicky...Vicky", I called him but he didn't even respond. I guess he is drunk.
"Come on..Get up.. ", I said while lifting him but I can't able to lift him up.
"Young Master......", Granny said while looking at him.
"Granny...Can you call anyone so that we can take him to room?", I asked.
"Yes ma'am ", Granny said and went off.
Soon a bodygard lifted Vicky. He placed him on the bed and went off.
I took his shoes and socks off. I removed two buttons of his shirt so that he can sleep comfortably. I covered him with the blanket.
"Granny..Can you send someone to some cold water and cloth?", I asked.
"Okay ma'am..I will send someone", Granny said and sighed looking at Vicky.
"Also first aid box", I said.
"Okay", she said.
She went off. I looked at him worriedly. What the hell is happening with him? Why is he in so much pain? When I am looking at him and I don't know why I am feeling so much pain.
"Ma'am..I have brought what you asked for", a maid said. I looked at her.
"Okay...Place them there", I said and now I am looking at him.
I cleaned his wound and bandaged it. After that I cleaned his face and neck with the cold water. I hold his hand while tears are falling from my eyes.
"What is happening to you? Why are you in so much pain?", I asked.
Suddenly, he started crying.
"Don't leave me..Please.. Don't leave me", he said while his tears are coming from his eyes.
"Vicky...Vicky..", I said while patting his head. I placed his head on my lap.
"Everything is alright...No one is leaving", I said some soothing words and patted his head. After sometime, he slowly relaxed and I sighed in relief.
I placed my head on the head board. I slept while sitting while his head is on my lap. I patted his head continuously and I don't know when I slept.
