Chapter 19: Promise

Riya's POV~

"You don't have to force yourself. Let's take this slow..", he started saying but was cut off when I placed my finger on his lips.

"I am not forcing myself into anything..Can we continue this on bed?", I asked in a low voice looking down.

When I uttered those words, he immediately hugged me by pulling my waist closer to him.

When he got up by lifting me up, I had no choice but to wrap my legs around his torso. My hands are around his neck holding him close to me.

I slowly pull away and look at his eyes. I gulped looking at his eyes. I slightly bit my lower lip in nervousness.

He caressed my cheek gently. Unknowingly a smile form on my face. He gently placed his lips on mine. I just mimicked his actions and started kissing him. I don't know when he placed me on bed until the soft texture hit my back. I gasped.

"Are you sure?", he asked while caressing my cheek. I closed my eyes feeling how much he affects me.

I really don't know what to say. I just nodded.

He gently placed his lips on mine. I clenched his shirt tightly. He started caressing my waist with his hand. I shivered under his touch. I felt he smiled in the kiss seeing his affect on me. Soon the gentle kiss turned rough. After few minutes, we both fall apart panting heavily.

He started kissing my neck. I moaned in pleasure. My hands unconsciously went to his hair. I pull my head back to give him more access of my neck.

"Ah!", I moaned when he started sucking my sweet spot.

"Are you okay?", he asked when he heard my scream.

Vicky being gentle kissed my whole body gently. He placed his hand on my waist band and removed my panties.

"Vi..Vicky..It's weird", I said while panting.

He went to the bathroom. I just close my eyes in tiredness. After few minutes, Vicky came with water and cloth. He wore his pant.

He cleaned me gently. He made me wore his shirt. After that, he lifted me and placed me on the couch. I looked at him with a question marked face. He changed the bed sheet. I saw my viriginal blood on the sheet. I realized that I gave myself to my husband.

He placed me on the bed again. He slept beside me pulling me closer and covered us with a duvet.

I placed my head on his chest. He wrapped his arms around me pulling me closer to him.

I am looking at him and wondering how caring he is.

"Sleep...If you continue to look at me like that..I can't control myself and you will be more tired", he said while caressing my hair. His eyes are still closed when he is saying.

I gulped and immediately closed my eyes. I soon fell asleep in his arms.

After sometime, I slightly opened my to see that the side of my bed is empty.

"It's still 4am ...Where is he?", I said to myself.

I slowly get out of my bed. I saw standing him in the balcony of the room deeply thinking about something.

I slowly went behind him and back hugged him. He didn't even flinched.

"You woke up", he asked while turning around and caging me in his arms.

"How do you know it's me? You didn't even flinch?", I asked while looked up at him as he is taller than me.

"Who else is there in this room besides us?", he asked.

"Point", I said while hugging him.

We are just hugging for few minutes.

"What are you thinking before?", I asked.

"Just few things..", he answered.

"Are..Are you thinking about your mother?", I asked. He stiffened at my question.

"Can you tell me what happened?", I asked while looking up at him. His face is emotionless.

"Even if you don't want to tell it's okay", I said hurriedly while breaking the hug.

"Don't worry...I am fine", he said while caressing my hair.

"Let's sit and talk", he said. We both went inside the room and sat on the floor facing each other.

"Actually, Dad, mom and I are just a happy family. Mom is professor. Dad is working on our company. When I was around small, We all came here for vacation. Mom had important lecture, she went for college. Dad went out for something. At that time, I called her to hurry to the home and I am missing her. She said that she is driving and will come soon but suddenly I heard a sound as if the car was cra...cra..crashed...", his voice broke when he was saying that.

I placed my hand on his shoulder. I patted while wiping my tears.

"It's my mistake that I called her that day..I distracted her on that day...I was the reason for that", he said while blaming himself.

I hugged him tightly. He hugged me tightly while tears are falling on my neck.

"Vicky...It's not your fault..", I said while patting his back.

"Don't blame yourself...Even mom don't want you to be like this", I said while breaking the hug. I wiped his tears off from his cheek.

"You should be a better person for mom", I said while looking at him. He nodded. I smiled looking at him.

"Thank you", I said while pecking his lips slightly. He pulled me closer to him and kissed me passionately. I clenched his shirt tightly.

Suddenly, we heard our door open.

"Riya..Vicky", I heard a familiar voice. I was stunned to see both mom and dad standing infront of us.

"R..Riya", Mom said while looking at other of us. I saw I was strandling Vicky. I immediately moved away from him.

"Mom..Knock the door", Vicky said while I went behind him as I was only in shirt.

"Sorry..We are downstairs..", Mom said. Dad left immediately while clearing his throat. Mom closed the door while smiling to herself.

After they went off, I immediately locked the door.

"Ah...I'm embarrassed..Why didn't you lock the door yesterday?", I asked Vicky.

"How would I know they will barge like this?", he asked not caring about anything.

"How should I face them? They both saw us like that ", I said while covering my face with my hands.

"Like what?", he asked while smirking at me.

"Ah..Leave it", I said while going towards the bathroom.

He came behind me.

"What are you doing?", I asked while looking at him.

"What? I want to freshen up", he said.

"But I want to freshen up first", I said.

"No..I want to", he said.

"No I want to", I said.

"Okay..I have a solution. Let's freshen up together..It will save time", he said while pulling me closer to him.

My cheeks heated up when I was listening to him.

"No..Need..You can freshen up first", I said while pushing him slightly. He chuckled looking at me.

"You look so cute while blushing..I like it", he said while caressing my cheek and placing a kiss on my cheek.

"You freshen up...I am going out", he said and all I did was nod. My throat went dry when he is near to me.

He smiled and went out.

After freshening up myself, I wore a bath robe and slightly opened and looked outside. I saw no one is in the room. When I went outside of the room, "Boo", I heard a scream.

"Ah!!", I screamed on fear. I placed my hand on my racing heart.

"Hey..Are you okay? ", he asked while holding my shoulders. I slapped him oh his chest.

"I was scared", I said while hugging him.

"Sorry", he said while hugging me.

"You freshen up?", I asked while breaking the hug seeing him in new clothes.

"Of course..You are in the bathroom for one and half hour", he said.

"Oh", I said being embarrassed.

"I bought a dress for you", he said while handing a bag.

"Really", I said while taking the bag.

"Yeah..Get ready..Mom and Dad are waiting downstairs", he said.

"Oh..okay..I will get ready quickly", I said.

"Okay", he said while still standing in front of me.

"Go..I will get ready", I said in a low voice.

"No..Get ready infront of me", he said with intensity. I shivered when I heard him.

"It's not like that I didn't saw you", he said while smiling teasingly.

"Stop it!", I said.

At last, I got ready in front of him. He bought a frock which came to my knees. It looked really nice to me. When I was drying my hair, he took the dryer from my hair and dried my hair. He tied the nupital chain around my neck. He applied vermilion on my hairline. I braid my hair neatly. He smiled looked at me.

I was overwhelmed. My face was flushed. I looked down.

"What happened?", he asked while lifting my head so that I am looking at him now.

"It's just no one did this to me. I mean drying my hair, taking care of me..", I trailed.

"You should get used to it now.. I will be spoiling you alot", he said while placing his lips on my forehead. I smiled hearing him.

His lips trailed from forehand to my nose and from nose to my lips. He placed his lips on my lips. We both kissed each other. I opened my mouth, he entered his tongue inside my mouth. He explored each and every corner of my mouth. I taped on his shoulder due to lack of oxygen.

We both break apart immediately. We both panted heavily. He hugged me tightly. We both calm ourselves.

"Let's go..Mom and Dad must be waiting", he said.

"Okay", I said while looking at my appearance in the mirror. I don't want to embarrass myself in front of my in-laws again.

We both went downwards to see dad and mom arguing over something.

"Come on..It's your mistake..How can you barge into newly weds room like that?", Dad asking mom. My ears got heated while hearing Dad.

"I accept it is my mistake..But they didn't lock the door..I didn't imagined..", she stopped herself when she saw us.

"Didn't imagined what?", Dad asked while looking at her.

"Let's stop arguing...Riya..Come dear...Vicky come", Mom said.

I was embarrassed.

"Good morning mom..Good morning dad", I said while looking at them.

"Good morning beta", he said.."Good morning Riya", mom said.

"Okay..Let's eat breakfast ", Vicky said. I smiled at him for changing the topic.

Mom and I served dad and Vicky the breakfast. We both served for ourselves. Dad sat on the main chair. Vicky sat on the left of Dad. Mom sat on the right of Dad. I sat beside Vicky.

We started eating the breakfast. I was picking lettuce from the salad. I don't really like it.

"Riya...You should eat more so that could conceive faster", mom said. Both Vicky and I choked when we heard that. Dad just chuckled hearing mom.

"M..Mom..We..", I said.

"It's correct actually..We can't wait to be grandparents", Dad said.

"Mom ,Dad we are not planning yet", Vicky said sternly.

When I heard his voice..I was hurt slightly. I know we didn't discussed this but Does he hate that much to have kids with me? or He was not sure about our relationship? Does he?

"Riya..!!", I heard a shout which made me come out of my thinking section.

"Yes", I said.

"Are you okay?", Vicky asked while placing his hand on my shoulder.

"I am okay", I said in a low voice.

"Okay...I have important meeting that I need to attend. How about you go home with Mom and Dad?", Vicky asked.

"I will come with you...", I said while showing him my puppy eyes.

"But you need to attend college..", he said.

"I don't care..I want to be with you", I said.

"No..You need to attend college..You already missed one day..I will not allow it..After completing the college, you can come to office", he said.

"No..I don't want to", I whined.

"Listen to me..Don't argue with me", he said sternly. I just huffed angrily.

"That's my girl", he said while pecking my lips. When he was about kiss, both mom and dad cleared their throats. That's when I realized that mom and dad are with us.

I immediately pulled away from him. I excused myself. I took my phone which is on the sofa. I saw many calls of Rasi. I sighed. She is not going to leave me till I give a proper explanation.

"Riya..Let's go", I heard mom voice. I immediately adjusted myself and went to them.

"Okay Take care..", I said while holding Vicky's hand.

"Okay..Call me when you reach college", he said while caressing my hair.

He pecked my forehead. I smiled seeing his care.

"Okay", I said huffing angrily.

"Still angry?", he asked.

"Yes..What will you do?", I asked sassily.

"The thing I did last night", he said. My mouth dropped by his answer.

"You are crazy", I said while going towards mom.

"Mom..Let's go", I said while going towards her.

"Okay", she said and we all went outside.

Dad and Vicky going to office. Mom will drop me at college and go to home. She already asked someone to come with my bag. How caring she is.

"Take care ", he mouthed to me. I nodded

"You too", I mouthed to him. He nodded and smiled.

After that, we all sit in our respective cars and going towards our destination.

Mom took my hands in her. Her eyes filled with tears.

"Thank you dear", she said while slightly squeezing my hands.

"Mom..Please..Don't cry", I said while wiping her tears.

"I am really happy...Vicky is smiling while heartedly after years..", she said. I just nodded.

"Please be with him..Support him.. ", she said.

"Of course mom", I said.

"Am I going to get good news soon?", she asked.

"Mom!!", I exclaimed being shy.

"Okay..I will not tease you", she smiled looking at me. I smiled with her.

"But mom why did you and dad come to mansion suddenly?", I asked.

"Actually, the chief butler called and told me that Ricky came and left. So I was worried about you both. Dad and I immediately came to farm house", she said.

"Thank you mom", I said while hugging her.

"It's okay...Once I reach Ricky...I will teach him a lesson", she said with gritted teeth. I just nodded.

Soon I reached college. When I was getting off the car, Our maid handed me the bag.

"Bye mom..I will go to office after college", I said.

"Don't stress yourself...Take care", she said.

"Okay mom", I said.

"Bye dear", she said.

"Bye", I said.

When I was going into the college, I saw a person who is glaring at me. I gulped in fear.
