She’s a Psychopath!!

I about fall off my bed to a knock on my door. Ugh who could that be I groan, as I walk to the door. Opening the door I see Va Lara with a scrunched up nose. She’s quick to hide it plastering a warm smile on her face. Handing me a bag of food and another bag of clothes. I give her a questioning look, confused why she’s handing me clothes. She start giggling a musical sound stating how I forgot to grab my new uniform from work after class.

Crap I am so sorry I forgot trying to grab groceries. We sit on my bed eating the biggest burger I have ever seen. Holy crow I can’t believe you finished that whole thing!! I am floored that Va Lara hoovered down not only that big ass burger, but her fries and the milkshake too. She’s half my size I mean I can out eat most people but watching her has me contemplating if I could beat her in an eating contest. She giggles like she heard my inner thoughts but I am sure I didn’t say that out loud.

While I finished my food we talk about how my classes went and I ended up telling her about Dorthy and her b***h squad. She looks upset and states she’s one I should avoid if possible. Her recommendation is to seek guidance from the staff. We talk a minute about Alexander and how I literally bumped into him. She makes a weird face but before she can respond Dorthy and her goon’s barge in the room.

She stop’s looks at Va Lara then to me and I think she’s gonna at like normal person for once. Wrong big wrong!! She explodes screaming like she’s being murdered. Va Lara looks at me like she is scared and I really don’t understand what this girls problem is. Dorthy gets as close as she can to me screaming about me bringing my filthy freaks into her room. I am astonished she’s actually behaving like this in front of everyone.

I am so mad I jump off the bed ready to give her that punch to her nasty face she’s obviously been asking for. If she thinks I will bow down to her boy oh boy was she wrong. My fist almost landed when Va Lara quickly grabs me pulling me out the room. I was angry she stopped me. Once we were out of the room she said let’s take a walk, but I didn’t wanna walk I wanted to beat her ass. Va Lara pleaded with me to just talk a walk with her. After a few deep breaths I silently agreed.

Va Lara explained if I am here on a scholarship and get into a fight on school grounds I could have my scholarship taken. She said Dorthy probably was just trying to provoke me so that I would get into trouble. This made me more angry but I was more rational. I needed to get out of that girls room and quick. If it wasn’t for Va Lara I would be kicked out and she would get away Scott free.

She then tells me that I should be careful around Alexander because they have been dating. She tells me how he was a great guy up till a few months ago over the summer. He never could stand Dorthy and would hate how she treats others. Then suddenly they were together but he never looks actually into her he looks confused. I noticed that during class today he would not push her off but looked confused as to why she was touching him.

It didn’t look to me like they were dating but that she wanted him and he tolerated her to be nice. I just shook my head because suddenly I felt like crying. I really didn’t know why I was suddenly so upset about a man I ran into once. Va Lara stared at me for a minute and asked when my birthday was. I tell her it’s Sunday and that she should come to my party. My Moms forcing me home have it Sunday at 5pm.

She gives me a look and says are you sure that’s a good idea?? Stunned I stammer over my words and tell her if she didn’t want to I understand. She’s laughs shaking her head and dead pans It’s just that’s a pretty big deal and most want their 18th birthday with close family, not outsiders. Now I am really confused and her face turns pale as if she’s shocked by something. s**t you donno!!!

My phone starts ringing and I look down it’s my mom. I sigh asking Va Lara if we can pick this up tomorrow so I can tell my mother about my day. She’s composed herself from her shocked expression and nods. She heads back to the dorms while I start tell my mother about my day. Not leaving out the psycho Dorthy. My mom just down plays Dorthy’s actions like they are ok. I am a bit hurt till my mom says well if you had went to the local university then you would not have been in that situation.

I am angry and soon get off the phone. My mom work as some big CEO of a corporation called The Blue Moon. She always gone on some business trip and that’s why me and dad were so much closer. I wish I could see the less tycoon mom and the loving mom she was before last year. I asked her about why she’s always so uptight now and she blames work. If only she was a writer like dad she could have been home more.

Walking back to my room I walk into a mess. Dorthy and her gang tossed all of my stuff all over the room. I walked out to the security room and made the report about them trashing my room as well as the other details over the last two days. He takes the report but tells me to try harder to get alone and the first few weeks are always hard. Thanks a lot I mumble and stalk off to clean up the mess. An hour later the rooms clean and so am I. Climbing into bed the exhaustion hit me and I am slung straight into the dream.
