My Third Fateful FlightA blinding bolt of lightening came out of Wendy2’s cross and threw me backward into the air. Loud thunder echoed all around me as I flew. I rolled to a stop on the grass, a hood protected my head. I sat up and felt mittens on my hands. I was uninjured but dazed and dizzy but I felt as if I had been in a fight. That’s right, I realized, my new clothes would protect me from electricity and from falling. I struggled to stand and saw Windy2 walking toward me. I looked back and found myself only a dozen steps from the edge. I couldn’t see the dragons nor the flying man.
