This question was always a misery for me.
Just like Emanuel, he was a true alpha and he had the same potential and pride as Emanuel, but opposite to Emanuel, he played along with the council's rules and requests.
From the rumors floating around, it seemed that they were a bit stupid and crazy, but he played along with them. He followed each request and even became the cleanup crew for those egoistical childish assholes.
I could never understand how a man with so much pride in himself could scoop so low and step over his pride. But then again, I might have known him as well as I thought I did.
Maybe I created a false image in my head, an image that I wanted to believe existed.
Shaking my head slightly, I pushed those thoughts out of my mind and waited for him to answer.
