“Nope. They’re in my desk drawer at home,” Angus said. “Rachael was right—those pens were cheap and rubbish. Did you want some?”
“They could be fun to light on fire,” Lucas suggested.
“Light them on fire?” Angus said. “Why?”
“The might make cool colours when they burn.” Lucas had spent hours over the weekend watching online pyrotechnic videos while procrastinating his business studies homework.
“You’re the last person I’d expect to suggest that burning inks and plastic would be a good idea.”
“Safety first, of course, but I find fire fascinating. I saw this video last night where this guy had potassium nitrate and—”
