Chapter 6: Travis an The Moon Goddess

My beautiful mate is still unresponsive, they took her back to surgery they said that her rib was punctering her lungs. Who could possibly break her rib to where her lung got punctured. Why is it taking forever for them to get out of surgery? Excuse me nurse, why is it taking them so long to get out of surgery? Um I am not really sure why it is taking so long for alpha usually it does not take them that long to get out of surgery. 

They have been back there for over three hours and have not heard anything.. I see them bringing blood bags back one after another. Then I heard them say she was unresponsive and that they could not find a heartbeat. I started to run to the doors but Matt stopped me with my third Taylor. Let go of me. I need to get in there with my mate, she needs me.. I start to see black and cannot hear anyone anymore. “Uh nurse get over here, Travis is going down, he is passing out due to so much stress with his mate and not knowing if she is going to make it or not” Matt said. 

All I can remember was going to the door to get to my mate and Matt and Taylor stopping me from getting to her. Hello my son! I look over and I see the moon goddess talking to me. I have never heard anyone seeing the moon goddess.. Why am I here and seeing you? I mean I am not upset seeing you but usually no one ever sees you. 

My dear son, this is about your mate. She has had a very difficult life as you can tell but it is worse than you can see just on the outside. I wanted to come and tell you that you are going to have to take your time with her. I know your wolf is going to want to mark her right away and I get it but try to hold off until she gives you permission. She has never had a choice of her own. I know you won’t do anything to hurt her and that is why I let you find her in the log. She has learned to mask her scent that way people would not be able to hurt or find her when she ran away from people. She is very special and will actually bring great knowledge your way. When you both decide to have kids they will be special. You will understand when you see her wolf what I am talking about. She also has never shifted so you're going to have to help her learn to shift and shift back. 

Why does she look the way she does? Why wasn’t anyone there to help her? I mean where was her family at? Why did her family not protect her moon goddess? Yes Travis, I understand where all these questions are coming from. I will tell you that she is an orphan whose parents have not been found. The rest I want her to open up to you about and hear it directly from the source. I just wanted to talk to you to make sure you take your time and do not push her too hard or mark her without her saying it is fine. Give her that opportunity to have a choice.
