I pulled up to the fancy rooftop venue just after eleven, tires screeching a little as I parked. The party decorations were still hanging, gold balloons, a half-deflated, “Happy Birthday Tony” banner, fairy lights strung everywhere. I raked my fingers through my hair and jogged toward the entrance. Sasha was standing outside alone, leaning against the railing in a tight silver dress that hugged every curve.
