"HOW ARE YOU?" my heart was full of sadness when I asked her that question. I am ashamed of myself. My conscience is hunting me. But what can I do? I am trapped and locked.
I heard her sigh before speaking. "I am fine. Jake is taking care of me. He didn't leave me alone."
I was even more sad because of what she said. I am her best friend but Jake takes care of her.
We are currently in the hospital. Emerald stayed here because she always passed out due to stress and low blood cells since she doesn't sleep well in their house.
