When I began writing The Drummer on December 26, 2020 after A Rockstar Christmas Wedding published, I didn’t foresee it being nearly two years before it would follow, but 2021 and 2022 were rough—I’m sure for many of us. A lot has happened! Those troubles probably make a story about loss and new love and discovering resilience the most appropriate, though, so I hope this book touched you and gave you a glimpse of hope.
