Lyra had always believed Hell was a place of darkness. A place where demons lived beneath black skies, where rivers of fire ran through dead lands and monsters walked freely, waiting for innocent souls to torture. That was what she had heard all her life. But standing in the middle of Hell, Lyra couldn’t help but wonder if every story she had ever heard had been a lie. Hell was beautiful.
