After telling off Emily and Nathaniel, Evelyn was planning to find Julian.
But halfway there, a call from Steven pulled her back to the company.
By the time she rushed to the lounge, Steven had just stepped out.
"Miss Knight," Steven glanced at his watch.
It had been barely thirty minutes, and Evelyn was already here.
She gave a nod. "Is she still inside?"
Steven had just told her on the phone that someone from the Pierce Group in Jinburg had shown up.
Jasmine herself had come.
Word spread like wildfire through the company.
Even Hannah and Thomas showed up on this floor, clearly wanting to chat with Jasmine.
Too bad for them, Jasmine wasn't having it.
She stayed cool and distant the entire time, and by the end, her face pretty much said "I'm done here."
