"He is getting closer."
The words left my lips, but no one spoke for a moment and Kael still held my arm and his fingers pressed into my skin.
"What did you see?" he asked and his voice was low, but I heard the anger inside it and then Darius stepped closer.
His eyes were sharp.
"Was it him again?"
I nodded and my throat was tight.
"Yes."
Kael's grip tightened more.
"Describe him."
I pulled my arm free.
"Red eyes," I said
"He stands like he is not afraid of anything."
Darius exhaled slowly.
"That is no normal rogue."
"I know," I replied and Kael ran a hand through his hair.
"We go back now," he said.
"No more running into the forest."
