Grayson's POV

"Hey beautiful, what is your name?" I asked as soothingly as I could, not wanting to frighten her anymore then I had already did. 

"H-ho-holly," she stuttered out quietly, her voice still scratchy.

"That is such a beautiful name," I replied not before passing her another cup of water which she drank greedily. I wonder why is she so thirsty? "Which pack were you from?" I asked wanting to figure out who did this to her so I can torture them till they don't want to live no more. Just thinking about it made my blood boil. 

"W-white paws p-pack," she replied looking more frightened than before, so her pack was what scared her. "P-please d-don't send m-me back t-there" she begged clutching onto my arm. So it was the white paws that hurt her.

"I'll never send you back there don't you worry," I replied trying to calm her down, the pack doctor told me not to get her too agitated or scared or it might send into a panic attack and that I won't want, I've seen people who had panic attack and it didn't look good, I won't want my mate to go through all that. I pulled her closer to me gently, trying my best not to hurt her or touch her where there were injuries that had not close. I gently stroked her back trying to calm her down more hoping my scent will soothe her a little more. 

I held her for a little more to see that she had fallen asleep again, it made my heart flutter knowing that she trusted me enough to fall asleep on me. 

I placed her down onto the bed gently before making my way to the bathroom, before I could go far, I felt something light tug at my arm, I looked down to see it was my beautiful mate and I heard a whisper so light that I would have thought that it was the wind "don't go", I smiled lightly down at my mate before lying down beside my beautiful holly, she has a really beautiful name and I really liked it, I guess I have to thank her parents for naming her that. Speaking of her parents, I wonder where they are and why didn't they protect their daughter from whoever hurt her.
