“Officer Tanner, your rights have been read, so I want to remind you again before I ask this question that, you have the right to remain silent,” the officer re-stated.
“Can you please explain to us why you had inmate Lewis assaulted?”
As Tanner sat in the small chair, she struggled to sit still being that her huge body spilled over on each side, not allowing her to find a comfortable position in the seat.
Her face held a blank stare as she seethed on the inside, her threats to Misty fell on deaf ears and Tanner was livid that she told her lawyer, and the officers what she had done.
In the back of Tanner’s mind, she knew she would beat this case just like she had all the others in her past, it was Misty’s word against hers, the bruises could have come from anywhere.
