A few months had passed, and Misty went on with life as usual after Elaine left for home after her night of fun. Her focus returned to her studies because after all, she was about to go into her last year and graduate soon and would be living out her dream as a nurse as well as graduating with honors.
The two had spoken a few times after Elaine returned to Clearwater, but that faded over time, and Misty was ok with that. Honestly, she never thought she would ever see Elaine again.
