I WANT HER!!!

Alexandre looked at the wrist watch on his left hand and sighed, feeling very irritated by their silly behavior. His expression became extremely cold.

He had no patience for their little games and Gerald was the one to be blamed for being incompetent.

"I came here to offer you a marriage proposal, but i see that we are in the wrong house, we'll take our leave then"

he said already taking a step.

"No sir, you came to the place where you should be, trust me" Ashley said as she made to hold his hands, he jerked away quickly.

"Don't touch me"he said gritting his teeth angrily.

"I'm so sorry, Mr Jules, my daughter here is just so excited to have you with us today...., let's go ahead with the marriage proposal talk, my daughter here is a very beautiful girl with well groomed manners, she will make a good wife for you,did i mention that she is very obedient?? Stephanie spoke up, earning a smug smile from Ashley.

Just then, the big door opened, Julia not giving a care in the world if her father had any visitors, all muddy and sweaty walked up the stairs without speaking to anyone.

It was her!!! Alexandre heart screamed in Joy for reasons very much unknown to him.

"I want her! he demanded seriously like a spoilt child.

"what?? Stephanie asked very shocked.

"You can't marry her" Ashley cried bitterly

Alexandre looked at her.

"And may i know why?? his hands in his pocket.

"For one she is mute"Ashley summoned all her guts to answer the man who looked very much angry.

Alexandre was shocked, mute???

Anyways,he could manage with that.

"And she's an insolent child"Stephanie added quickly. Antoine glared angrily at her.

Insolent?? that which he saw today and the other day at the orphanage said it all. But he just felt this girl was very unique and different from all the other girls he had met before.

"Surely I'm not looking for a maid, I can manage with her,", he said with a very serious face.

"How..... Ashley asked almost crying out.

"I believe you have no right to dictate who i choose to marry his words brought her back to herself. She gulped nervously.

"okay so if you choose Julia, so be it,but i am not sure she is going to accept you".

Stephanie was obviously doing everything in her power to make sure he changed his mind and then, decides

to marry her own daughter, very silly.

Antoine just stood behind watching everything.

"Ashley, go call Julia immediately.

Grumbling, Ashley climbed up the stairs.

"so..Mr matheo, the little girl who

just went up looking all muddy, isn't your daughter?? Alexandre teased wearing an angry face.

"no... .., she is my first daughter, Stephanie is her step mom" Antonio tried to explain.

Alexandre quickly understood what was going on.

" Mr Jules, I'm sorry about what Stephanie said,we tend to forget about Julia, because she is always away from home and since she is mute, we don't really know anything about her, even if you asked her, She just snubs us! Antoine explained.

Alexander just shook his head. Wondering how horrible of a father he was, poor Julia. He thought, feeling his hard heart ache for her.
