He nodded his head before leaving. My father looked at Lauren and then at me. “I will make sure everything is safe for tonight. We need to sort things for tomorrow. The ceremony needs to carry on. I don’t think this was a direct attack on us. It seems like a tie up loose ends kind of thing.” My father said.
“Yeah but I am now wondering father. What’s the chances of Damon talking. He’s just lost his mate. That’s not something he would willingly choose.” I questioned. I looked at Lauren asleep on the bed. I didn’t want to leave her side but I wanted to try and get some answers.
“Arron, come to room 3 please!” I linked him. “Father, we need to question him. While it’s fresh.” I told him. He looked at me.
“Son the nurse said he is sedated. We won’t get much out of him.” My father said.
