Jackson POV
After a few minutes the pain in my head subsided. I had heard Lynx howl in pain too. I had my eyes tightly closed and after the pain had become tolerable, I looked inside my mind to Lynx. His breathing had changed from shallow to deep longer breaths. It was awful to see my wolf so down and defeated.
“Lynx, are you ok?” I asked him.
“Yes, but what the f**k did they put in us!” He said. He sounded better than before and it took me by surprise.
“I have no idea but Elder Alexandra said it would help.” I told him. I opened my eyes to look at everyone. I looked around the room. My parents were looking at me with worried eyes. I turned my head to look at the matron and Elder Alexandra. The matron was as white as a sheet, and Alexandra looked nervous.
“What did you put in me?”
