I stood up from my sitting position. Jackson did the same. I walked through the under growth with him close behind. Once I hit the path I turned right. This walk would last about an hour. I would still get back to work on time.
Jackson came to the side of me and we walked in silence for a little while.
“Tell me what you already know!” I said defeated.
There was no avoiding this so may as well get it over with.
