Jackson POV.
I ran beside Lauren and star. She had asked if Lynx was ready to run.
I saw her eyes shut and then open again. Her eyes had changed colour. They were completely silver now. I let Lynx up front. I wanted to Watch everything. However he had the full control. It was always strange but it was also fun.
Star looked at us and I swear she was grinning. She ducked her head and bolted off. Lynx stretched his legs even more.
“Come on Lynx, don’t let her beat us.” I said to him. That was all it took. He sped up even faster. We could just about see star up ahead. She was insanely fast. I was worried that she wouldn’t sense danger though at them speeds.
All of a sudden star stopped. She skidded to a halt. She lifted her head. I was beside her in a flash. I skidded too.
