End of school day

After hearing my wolf continually announce ‘mate’ in my head the whole day I was finally glad to hear that bell ring, slowly getting up from being dismissed I began to pack my books and such within my bag. Noticing everyone has left but one....of course Jonah, walking past him with my bag over my shoulders I waved and walked out fast. With a loud sigh I made my way to my locker collecting and essentials I need to take home. Hearing a loud disturbance of two guys and a bunch of girls laughing I slowly look over my locker to see my brothers arm around Jonah’s shoulder. My wolf yells mate once more before I hit my head against my locker lightly, only then to make eye contact with Jonah having an airy fairy moment I didn’t even notice Candice stood beside me and raised her upper corner lip and mumbled “pigs....can’t live with em nor without em apparently” I jumped at her words and looked up at her we both laughed and made our way out , our arms in link. Once we had made it out side in a isolated area I mumbled “I....kinda met my wolf today “ Candice stopped blabbing about her day to only look back  at me with shock “you what !? Really!?” I shushed her Down and nodded “yeah and my mate” I rolled my eyes only for Candice to start shaking me like a rag doll “who is it!!!!?” She demanded to know with such excitement. I mumble “Jonah the soon to be alpha “, well I don’t think I ever saw my best friends face go as white as snow “t-t-the future alpha-“ she said before screaming I quickly cover her mouth “shut up! You want me to bones, let’s not talk to anyone about this and definitely don’t make contact with him...” Candice agreed with a big hug and parting ways I waved smiling before deciding to walk home. “Ok voice in my head introduce yourself..” I sigh thinking I must be stupid in trying to talk to my self, soon enough a husky yet soothing voice pitched in “I’m kria your wolf, I apologise for startling you earlier but Jonah is our mate and well...you know”. I huff and mumbled “he can not be our mate he is the alpha and we well I just got back!” With that said kria whimpered to the harsh words placed. I sigh “I’m sorry I’m just confused as you could say” kria forgave and soon retreated back to being quiet. Having heard a loud Porsche speed by almost clipping me i out of anger raised my fist and yelled “WATCH WHERE YOUR GOING YOU ROAD HOG!”. After a minute of screaming that out I saw the cars break lights switch on and the car stopped, I stepped back a bit as the driver stood out and made his way over to me he looked as though in his 20’s “what did you yell out kid!?” I stood back a bit more before he pushed me I growled lowly and pushed him back “you almost clipped me with your car!”. That shove had that man raise his fist, I gasped and closed my eyes waiting for contact from his fist to my face, noticing he had not done anything I open one eye to see Jonah standing over me with the guys fist in his hand his wolf channeling between him. Stepping back more Jonah yelled “GET IN THE CAR!” He looked back at the male and shoved the man down standing over the man he growled “don’t ever touch what does not belong to you!” He walked past me and the man only I to look down at the scared guy. Looking back over at Jonah’s g wagon and with that said he held down on the horn making myself an the guy jump, running over and climbing into the seat damn being 5’1. As I placed my belt on Jonah had his foot to the gas and sped like crazy having me grip my seat belt I looked over at him channeling between himself and his wolf I looked away and down. A couple minutes in he had pulled over I front of a lake breathing heavily he snarled “full name and fathers role”. I was quick to answer but my wolf purred an it felt weird and tingly “Astrid Middleton , my father is the current alphas beta “, Jonah grinned “right this is how it works my wolf wants your wolf I don’t want you , you hear your surroundings is just to make my wolf shut up clear!?”. I look away does he not want me ? Had I made a bad impression? My wolf cuts in and mumbled “please just do as he pleases I’m sure with time he will come around!”. With kria saying that I beat my self up bad with a couple emotions before nodding to Jonah. He snarled and began to pull out from where he had parked taking us towards the pack house. Getting out he looks back at me an nudged his head in a way of telling me to hurry up. Walking up with him and into the pack house I look around as we make our way to the office closing and locking the door behind us.
