“I’m going to need you to start Pushing Kylie! Let’s go on the count of three!” Dee says in somewhat of a panic, Moments after she felt Kylie's dilatation was just right to push. “One… Two… Push…” She holds Kylie's bare thighs open, as Kylie Howls in pain pushing her baby girl out. “I can’t - I can’t - I’m So tired!” Kylie says dripping with sweat.
