"Why isn't he yet back? Did it go wrong?" I asked myself while pacing around the living room staring at the wall clock
"Rhea, what the hell is wrong with you", I yelled loudly and sat down "Breathe in and out"
"Gosh, Rhea you're smart. Don't have a negative thought about your transfer", I said
Rhea Forbes, that's me- I'm an intelligent college girl. I was doing well in Vast Academy until Ray, my brother decided I go for a transfer, according to him, he said I should try going for a change of environment
"Rhea love", Emily , Ray's girlfriend said aloud as she rushed out for a hug
"Hey Emily"
"How're you dear?" she asked
"I'm fine. Ray please how did it go?" I asked my brother who was busy scratching his head while looking at the envelope
"Was I permitted the transfer?" I asked Emily who gave me no response-GOSH, what's wrong
"Ray Forbes", I called aloud
"C'mon, you really don't have to call me in full", he replied
"Am I transferred?" I asked with a pleading expression
"Rhea, I need you to erase all negative thoughts, you are smart, brilliant and always get an A. So why would you think, you wont get the transfer", he said to me
I stared annoyingly at Emily and Ray, I felt like tearing them apart
"You got the transfer, baby", Emily said cheerfully
"Really?"
"Yes", Ray replied
"Wow, so I will be going over to Blast Highschool"
"Yeah "
"Ray, I miss here already", I said sadly
"It's okay dear, you're going to go out there and make a new life. Look over there", he said pointing at the window "is your car, so go in, start gathering your luggage and get ready for I'll drop you off at your apartment"
"What! A car! I'm not that good at driving and woo, you already got me an apartment ", I said
"Yes I already rented an apartment for you and got you a car. You're not good at driving, don't worry, the distance between your apartment and the school isn't that far. Rhea , get in and start arranging your luggage", he said
I hurriedly arranged my clothes, packed up my shoes, bags, jeweleries, books and some female accessories, in the travelling bag.
"Hmmm", I said as I breathe out loud. So I'm going to say a goodbye to my hometown and start a new life at Crimson Island
"Goodbye Vast Acad", I said cheerfully as I left my room to the kitchen to get a glass of water
"I'm really going to miss her", Emily said
"I'll also miss her too", Ray replied
Gosh, these two always act as one. Ever since we lost our parents, Ray and Emily had been the one to take care of me. They loved like an awesome couple, I now view them as my parent and listening to them say they would miss me so much gladden my heart
"I pray she'll be save"
"Sur she will, the only thing we should be worried about is her character", Emily replied
My character- what's wrong with my character, i said to myself
"Right?"
"Yes, I just wish w hen she gets to the Blast, she would really learn how to stop being introverted or maybe behaving nerdish", Ray responded
"Ray Forbes , I'm not a nerd", I called out angrily
"Rhea, were you eavesdropping?" Emily asked
"I wanted to go to the kitchen when I heard you guys saying you'll miss me so much and I couldn't help but listen more. I'm sorry", I apologized 'cos I noticed Ray was angered
"You're not a nerd but why are you introverted?" Ray asked
"I just think I like my privacy ", I replied
"C'mon Rhea, you're smart and beautiful, someone like you is expected to be extroverted not having some nerdish behavior"
"You know I hate it when you say I'm a nerd"
"I know you do but then I. begging you to please, when you go out there, live a carefree life, be an extrovert ", he said calmly
"Do you expect me to be loose", I said trying to make him feel guilty of his statement
"I'll never wish to see you live a loose life. Please Rhea, go out there and explore"
"It's okay. I will try"
"Thanks. Are you done packing?" he asked
"Somehow", I said
"Hurry, hurry up".

CRIMSON ISLAND; STREET 8
We had finally arrived at Crimson Island, street eight where Ray had rented an apartment for me
"Woo Ray, you know my taste so well", I said as I opened the door
"I'm glad you like it"
"Thanks so much", I said as I ran towards him and gave him a peck
"Hmm, I'm kinda jealous", Emily said while standing at the corner
"Don't be", I replied
We all arranged my room, kept the books and bags in their respective shelves and placed my clothes in the wardrobe
"Woo, that was lot of work ", Emily said while stretching
"Yeah but we have to go to the school", Ray said
"Is that really necessary?" Emily asked tirelessly
"I think so"
"Don't worry bro, I'll use my Google Map and try locating the school tomorrow
Go back home, Emily is tired", I said while she nodded
"Ok then, see ya. Don't worry before tomorrow, I'll send your car", he said as he held Emily's hand
"Bye, I'll miss you so much", I said hugging them so tightly
"Bye love, If you need anything, remember to call us", Emily said as they left my apartment and drove off
"Thanks so much, Ray", I texted
