Max

461 Words
Max grew up with money in his family, both parents pulled in more than they could ever spend. Max's mother was a surgeon who specializes in plastic surgery, his father is a business man who does investment banking. Max had a good life as a kid, his parents gave him everything he ever needed but his dad was always pushing him to be more serious, he apparently wanted max to be a business man like he was but obviously that never worked out. Max went to private schools his whole life and always got into trouble because he would spend his class time drawing instead of working. His mother went to college with James’s mother and the two of them hit it off so they would constantly hang out after class and when they both fell in love and got married they stayed friends and did play dates with the boys when they were born. Max and James where inseparable. Fast-forward to college they both took business classes together but max ended up dropping them and switched over to art classes, this upset his father greatly and he ended up stopping all contact with him for a while. Max would have had nothing if it wasn’t for James’s family. James’s father and max's both built up a huge investment company when James's dad decided to leave the medical field, they ended up expanding the company far bigger then they ever imagined and both James and Max became owners in the company and worked to help keep it going and expanding. This is how he has so much money now. After Max’s dad past he ended up taking his part of the company over because his mother didn’t want any of it. Now max is filthy rich and doesn’t have to hardly do a thing to stay that way. After he met Amy and I in college he started pushing away his work with the company so he could build the studio and work with Amy all the time. They were sole mates, soon after she graduated she moved out of my place into Max’s place, he planned on getting married to her. Now that Amy is gone he has pretty much pushed the whole world away even his best friend James. I’m the only person he cares to be around anymore. After talking for what felt like hours he hoped up and headed for the door. “bells we got to go if we plan on making it to the hospital. We are going to be late. I told you all you really need to know now, ask any questions you want on the way there if you like.”. I looked at the time on my phone, holy s**t where did the day go?
