I didn’t know if waiting for Hayden outside the athletic complex was a good idea but here I was, doing it anyway.
I had debated how I was going to face Hayden again after avoiding him for over a week. If he would even want to talk to me after the way I treated him the last time.
Hayden, was right. There wasn’t a reason for me to be jealous but this irrational part of my brain didn’t get the memo and I got irrationally jealous.
I needed to make things right with him and I knew he had practice today so waiting for him was the only thing I could think of. Hopefully, he didn’t ignore me or even worse, embarrass me in front of all his teammates.
