I Didn't Thought Like This

This is my first ever story I am going to write.I would like to share my thoughts with all of you through this story.This story is about very sensitive topic.I hope you all will try to understand my point of view in this story and support me in this journey.This story is about Anaya and Vihaan in which they try to understand each other and support each other.

Anaya Sharma: She is 22 years old.She is the girl with big dreams. She wants to achieve her dream of becoming a doctor and make her parents proud which she is doing already by cracking the toughest medical exam of india Neet.She also likes to read stories and write articles about her field and gender equilty.But whatever happens with her during all of this, She never thoughts about this in her life that she have to go through this.

Vihaan Malhotra: He is 33 years old.He is the CEO of the Malhotra's IT Company. He is the man of his principals.He has also a dark past which hunts him and made him feel vulnerable.He respects every woman, Every year ,He also helps thousands of people by doing charity.

Anaya Pov's :

I am running very fast on a deserted road at midnight to save my life, dogs are barking and there is no trace of human being, but i am still hopeful that there would be some good person who would come out from somewhere at this time of night and help me. I try to scream as loud as i can, but due to fear my voice is not coming out. Even the shoe has been removed from my feet and disappeared somewhere. Due to the cuts on my feet, blood is oozing out there is burning as well.

Two to three men are running behind me like hungry dogs. Suddenly, they come so close to me.When i look back, I see a terrifying man attacking me. I scream..Ahhh....

I am sitting on my bed, drenched in sweat. I am breathing like crazy, tears are flowing from my eyes.I am still feeling that pain. I look around and sigh in relief,it was a dream. Someone starts knocking on the door like a mad person and speak loudly.

"Anaya!Anaya!!!Open the door.What happen?*bang bang*Open the door."

I open the door and the person in front of ask,"Are you ok?I hear a scream from your room when i was coming to your room."

"I am fine,Riya.How are you?",I say. I sit on the bed,She comes and sits beside me. She looks at me with concern and says,"I don't think that you are ok.You are behaving very suspicious from the past few days. You are not picking my calls and not replying my messages.You also came back from Mumbai suddenly and disappeared in the air."

I sigh,"I was not feeling well from the past few days.That's why, I was not able to reply.Moreover,due to health issues I have to come back nothing special."

"Ok, I believe if you say so.How are feeling right now?when you are going to join the college again?",She say.

"I have left the college.",I say. "WHY?"

"Because I am getting married."

"WHAT?" "Are you mad? Do you even know what are saying?Please tell me Anaya if there is any problem."

I was going to speak when mama suddenly comes inside with a tray in her hands and says,"I have brought tea for both of you."

I look at her silently, she keeps the tray on side table and turns towards us.

''Is Anaya getting married? Aunty.",Riya ask. "Yes",Mama say.

"Why?Is there any problem?",Riya ask.

"This is our personal matter,Riya.Now,You should also focus on yourself instead of visiting Anaya.I hope you will understand what I am trying to say.",Mama says.Riya nods at her. Mama looks at me with blank expressions and leaves from there after that.

Riya looks at me with unreadable expression while i avert my eyes from her.After the pin drop silence of two minutes,Riya takes the cup of tea.While drinking her tea she ask,"When is your marriage?"

'' Next week.",I say.

It feels like she is also out of words after listening to mama.She remains silent the whole time."I have took your notes in the college,I came after three days in your hostel to give back your notes but your roommates told me that you were not even in the hostel from past three days and I came to meet you because you were not coming to college for the past whole week.",She says.

"Hmm.",I say.She takes out the notes from her bag and gives says.

"Thanks for your notes, they provide me a lot of help."

I nod my head unable to talk and embarrass because of mama behaviour.

She takes my hands in her's and run her thumb on the back of my hand in a soothing way.

"Anaya, I would like to remind you whenever you need to talk and need my help in anything i am just one call away. Feel free to ask me whatever you need.Just like always we have supported eachother i will be here for you. Hmm?"

I nod and try to smile looking at her,she also smile in return and hug me.'just one call away',she whisper in my ear.She de-attach herself from me and says,"I will go now, take care of yourself.Don't forget to invite me,hmm*in a warning way*"

I smile and nod at her,"I will, You also take care of yourself."

"Bye ",she says and goes out of the room.

I close the door behind and take a deep breath to calm myself.

WHOLE WEEK has passed and now I am sitting in front of the dressing table in a wedding attire, thinking about the past events happened in this whole week. Many things happened in the previous week, I have to meet Vihaan Malhotra in the past week,

*Vihaan Malhotra is the person, I am going to marry* Many things changed in this relationship even before making this relationship.

I never thought that I would have to marry like this.How has my life took 180 degrees turn and brought me at this stage......................
