APOCALYPSE (THR GODS AND THE KINGS)

THE STROM IS COMING

While princess Arya was reading a book in her chamber king, Icarus arrived and set his hand on her head.

"May the gods be with you," king Icarus said and kissed the princess.

Princess Arya stood up.

"Sit Arya; it's been so long since we talked," king Icarus said.

Princess Arya sat in her chair, and the king next to her.

"What are you reading, Arya," the king asked.

"The book is all about the past and present of the twelve kingdoms," Arya said.

"Let me try; what family were the kings of dralia?" the king asked.

"Richland family, king Egan was the ruler, and they have sworn allegiance to the king of Sumer, they follow the new religion, and our god Achilles was born there," the princess replied and smiled.

"Brilliant; I hope I need to find a seat for you in my council," the king said with a proud face.

"I don't want to be in your council; I want to be your successor," Arya said.

"You are an ambitious girl , but your brother was my heir dear; that is how our rules are meant to be," the king said.

Arya looked disappointed; the king moved close and spoke.

"But you will be a good queen to a king, and I will find a good king to be your mate," the king said.

Arya smiled.

King looked at Arya for a while.

"I am leaving to wandala to attend a wedding, dear; look after your mother and your little brother," the king said.

"I have read that from the centuries, the wandala and Sumer thrones were rivals," Arya said.

"Yes, we are rivals, but a common danger can unite even the bitter enemies," the king said.

"What danger?" Arya asked.

"I know you were eager to know the things, but I urge you not to enjoy your childhood when the time comes; we need to encounter the danger until that enjoy your precious childhood," the king said.

"Hmm," Arya said.

"Well, look after your mother and brother, dear," the king said and left the chamber.

As soon as the king left, Arya ran to Elena's chamber and knocked on the door; Elena opened the door.

"Elena! What are you doing here? It has been a late night," Elena asked.

"Does lord Ethan there," Arya asked.

"No, he was at the harbor, watching over voyage assignments," Elena said.

"Then we need to talk," Arya said.

"Anything significant," Elena asked.

"Yes," Arya replied.

"Then come in," Elena said.

Arya went inside, Sat on the bed.

"Why are you so rushed? What happened?" Elena asked.

"I had a conversation with my father," Arya said.

"With your father?" Elena asked.

"Yes," Arya replied.

"What have you discussed," Elena asked.

"My father said he was leaving to wandala to unite them against a common threat," Arya said.

"a common threat? What was that!" Elena asked.

"I don't know; he pretended to tell me," Arya said.

"Is that all? What do you want to share with me," Elena asked?

"Yes," Arya said.

Arya observed the chamber.

"Are you leaving some somewhere?" Arya asked.

"Yes, to wandala, hector asked me to join him," Elena said.

"When did he say," Arya asked.

"Just before your arrival," Elena said.

"But why?" Arya asked.

"He said he needed me for an assignment," Elena said.

"I am coming with you," Arya asked.

"No, it's incomprehensible; you can't disobey the king's command; he wants you to be here," Elena said.

"You know me, and I have decided to come with you. Will you take me, or else I can find a merchant ship," Arya said.

"Tell me why you want to be with your father; there is something, right? I have never seen you showing such interest in your father's actions," Elena said.

"It was a dream a few days before omen had appeared in the sky," Arya said.

"a dream? What was that" Elena asked.

"Firstly, I thought that it was just a dream, but eventually everything I have watched became real," Arya said.

"What was the dream about," Elena asked with anxiety.

"I am traveling with my father to a place identical to wandala as soon as I have reached the shore a bird bitten me in my face, in the night I went to a garden there I saw something which made me scared, and after that some distinct creature chased me," Arya said.

"Arya, it was just a dream," Elena said.

"I also thought it was a dream until my father started to go to wandala; for centuries, no Sumer king had stepped in wandala, I saw my father and me attending a wedding, and here it is," Arya said.

"I think they were a coincidence; with that, you can't betray your father's words," Elena said.

"The surest way to check whether It was a dream, or a future is to live in that moment, so I must be there, Elena; please help me," Arya said.

"Ok, listen, I will be on another ship next to the king, dress like a lady-in-waiting and come with me," Elena said.

"Thank you, Elena," Arya said and left the chamber.

The king of yuba had arrived at the white bridge, a few miles away from the city of wandala; his bannerman and a few hundred more soldiers marched towards the capital.

The prince of wandala, who left the capital two days back, returned to the fort; the king met the prince.

"I am so happy that you had returned, son," king Aragon said.

And the king moved to the great hall.

By noon, all kings who had an alliance with the wandala arrived; the dignitaries and commanders received them and provided them rest in the great pyramid of wandala.

In the evening, all the kings gathered in the great castle of sands and rocks; the palace was the centerpiece of a wandala ancient architecture interior and functioned as the social and administrative hub of the castle and its estates. Beautifully decorated and well-lit and the most significant indoor space most people had ever witnessed, the castle was the perfect means to display its power and authority in the past. With everyone dining and sleeping in the hall in its early days, the room became the imposing host of banquets and courts.

King Aragon arrived, and the king, his council, and all the kings sat at the long table; the hall was full of the commanders and soldiers of the three (YUBA, EDESSA, AND BANE) kingdoms which were allies to wandala.

"We are pleased to be at your daughter's wedding, king Aragon, but what the hell the traitors who disobey our gods are going to do in wandala," the king of EDESSA Adrian asked.

"In the past, our ancestors had faced the mystical creatures with the help of our gods; in the same way, we will fight them; we don't need these new religion scum bags to fight beside us," the king of YUBA Tassos said.

"They are uglier than the mystical creatures; what will these cowards do on the battlefield? They were the ones who fertilized the mystical creatures," the king of bane Deacon said and giggled.

All the kings and soldiers laughed.

"As a king of wanadala, I have some vows to keep; that's why I have invited them; otherwise, I would have to feed them to that mystical creatures," king Aragon said.

"If this was true about the genesis of the mystical creatures, we are the only ones capable of fighting them because the faith of the old gods binds us; hail ITZAMA and his sons, "king Tassos said.

"Hail ITZAMA and his sons," all the members chanted.

"Let it be in the battle; they will know who the real gods and the cursed mortals were who disobeyed the gods," king Adrian said.

The prince of wandala was standing with the commanders of wandala, observing the conversation with a slick face.

"I have an idea rather than fighting along with these cursed people, we will attack them seize their kingdoms, unite the 12 kingdoms as a great wandala, and after the war with the mystical creatures, we will share the kingdoms", king Tassos said and winked at the prince of wandala.

The prince of wandala smiled.

"The idea was pretty impressive, but how can we do that? We are outnumbered," king Deacon asked.

"Simply, we have enough gold to buy the master of Salona and the tribes of sepsons they will attack Sumer and Wavell from the east, and we force kingdom of NARVA to fight against them so that we will attack the Sumer and Wavell from the west, once SUMER AND WAVELL fall down the DRALIA, FLOATING ISLE AND AUQUAPIS will yield or if they not we will crush them," king Tassos said.

The crowd cheered, "aye, aye, let's do that."

King Aragon stayed silent and reflective after a while.

"I loved the strategy, but it is so early to wage war; let's wait for a while; for now, let's host the gathering; later on, we will discuss what to do," king Aragon said.

"For a while?" prince Denis said and stepped forwards.

"must have done this centuries ago; I pity for our poor ancestors; we were chosen as kings and lords by the almighty gods; we have their bloodline, but what are they traitors, peasants, and sellswords who followed that bastard Achilles and eliminated our gods, but still they were living and mocking at us, and now you called them to sit with us in the castle of wandala where our ancestors and the gods seated," the prince Denis yelled with rage.

"What the prince said is true, king Aragon; we must restore our ancestors' mistakes; we need to overthrow them and make them slaves," king Tassos said.

"let me a reminder of a prophecy, only a true king, which means a king bounded by the old gods, can unite and fight against the mystical creature; only the old god's blood has the power to eliminate them, so we must choose a king among us, and we must unite the whole world into a single realm," the king deacon said.

All the crowd cheered, "hail the gods and kings of wandala."

"Our real enemy was never the kings and gods of a new religion; they were just a sheep in front of a lion; the only threat we had was the mystical creature; now we should think about them; let's find them, kill them, and then we will make sheep's as offering to the gods," minister Nicholas said.

"Remember what our ancestors used to say, the gods and kings eliminated mystical creatures from the world, and then gods aided humans to have kingdoms and wealth, gods and kings ruled over the people, the kings ruled the lands and worshipped gods for triumphs; we were meant to rule, and they were meant to be our slaves, this time again the gods will provide us triumph over the mystical creature and then we will take our lands back by having vengeance against the kings of the new religion, but as the lord, Nicholas said we must wait until we have destroyed the mystical creature," minister Aden of EDESSA said.

“aye, aye,” everyone yelled.

“what have you said was true, lets eliminate the dark creatures from the world then we will have what was ours,” the king yelled.

The crowed cheered “hail ITZAMA and his sons.”
