{Parris's POV} After Theo and I ate the lunch he brought, he immediately left…unfortunately. No matter how much I want him to stay, I can’t be that selfish. I couldn’t afford him as a distraction. I have a lot of work to do, so I have to sacrifice my own happiness, and that thought confused me. It’s my job that makes me happy. Hence, I chose this field in the first place, but now, I was starting to believe everything that Theo said. I looked at the walls and saw my sketches and paintings. Theo was looking at them earlier with longing. Maybe it was because he knew that I wanted to be an artist before I lost my memory, and I knew that he still believed that it was what I truly wanted.
