CHAPTER 13

"I see you have adapted yourselves well, thanks to my parents," Shahid suddenly came to my room, saying this with a sly smile on his face.

"Yes, I got over the fact that Gaurav will come for me. If he does, I won't go with him."

"Why, do you love me now instead of him?"

"Of course not, I won't go with Gaurav because by going with him, I am endangering him."

"So, you mean I can send my parents back home and have my way with my wife," he said, coming closer, putting his hand on my waist, holding me closer and saying this in my ear. I came out of his hands and created a distance between us.

"I am not your wife and don't think that I will let you have your way with me," I said through clenched teeth. He is just doing this because he knows that he has greater power than Gaurav.

"Come on, I even made love to you. You are mine," he said huskily, grabbing my waist and taking my body closer to his body.

"Do you mean you raped me? Then sorry for disappointing you but I still love Gaurav because he will at least not force me to do anything with him," I said, stepping forcefully on his foot, which only resulted in my losing balance and falling down, before Shahid grabbed my waist and pulled me towards him, chuckling at my failure. I only send him my deadliest glare.

"Oh god, I love you so much baby girl. You amuse me," he said picking me up to his level (which was high for me, considering I am 5 feet two inches and he is over six feet tall) and places a kiss on my forehead. Doesn't he know that that place is reserved for someone we care?

"Good to know that I amuse you, Mr. Shahid Khan," I said, struggling to get out of his hold.

"I love you Mrs. Shahid Khan,"he says huskily in my ear and I, for some unknown reason blush at his proximity, which leaves him chuckling.

"You raped me. You have no right to hold me," I wiggle out of his hold, successfully this time while he stares at me amusingly.

"I only took what's rightfully mine, Mrs. Khan. I took my wife's virginity and I am not sorry for that. Besides, if you think that I raped you, shouldn't you fear me?"

"No. I won't fear you. Never! Because I know that's what you want. You want me to fear you so that you can break me completely," I growl at him.

"Good! Because I never wanted you to fear me, I only wanted you to love me, the way I did that night. I want us to reunite, the way we did that night..."

"And that night made me hate you. I will never forgive you for that night Mr. Shahid Khan, never ever."

With that, I came out of my room, not wanting to be in his proximity anymore, instead searching for Ammi, only to find that...
