Chapter 12: My true feelings

Ethan, I told you to set a date for the heavenly princess but you were visiting a mortal girl. Do you want to compare the power of that mere girl with the princess? The demon spirit responded after some minutes of departure between Ethan and Emily.

Firstly, from now on, I will be calling you barou. That means your name is Barou. Secondly,I feel enjoyable and attractive every moment I spend with that girl. The heavenly princess is my one year senior and how did you expect me to date her? She will feel embarrassed if I approach her and confess a fake love to her. She won't accept me.

You haven't met her and you are already complaining. She won't feel embarrassed. It depends on the way you approach her and you won't ask her out, but let you guys be friends. You can be her junior friend. You are the same age as that girl, always remember it in your heart.

My mom is dead but the demon king lied to me and gave me fake punishment.

Ethan, calm your anger down. I am not sure of my statement, but I haven't seen your mom since that incident happened. I checked the prison and I didn't see her. Maybe the demon king kept her somewhere and I don't know the exact place.

Ethan, if you relate with the princess and the demon king should complete his plan. He will abandon you and you might be killed by him because he wants to acquire the symbol and give the power to his child. You are the demon king of the future and the prince of fire. Always remember this saying.

Ethan was lost in thought during this period. He regained his conscience when he heard his mom's precious and soft voice. Ethan, are you not coming in? His eyeball was full of tears to an extent that he couldn't control it again and a tear fell and rolled down his face, dropping on the floor. The love he had for his mortal mom didn't change the memories, moments and experiences he had with his demon mom, even though he spent a few moments with her.

He cleaned his tear with a small cloth and entered the house with his mom.

It is already getting dark. Change your clothes, freshen up and return to the dining room to have your meal.

Okay Mom, I am coming soon. He replied and left. He entered the dining room with a household cloth and sat down on the table. Ethan was amazed by the aroma. He picked up his cutlery and started eating.

Mom, what about dad? I haven't seen him for two or three days now. I hope everything is fine.

Yeah, don't allow it to bother you too much. Your dad is a hard-working man, he is busy with his work. She answered with a smile.

Okay Mom, if you say so. He replied.

Ethan was done with the meal after some minutes. He carried the dishes to the kitchen and washed them. Mom, good night. Have a restful sleep. He said as he moved to his room.

Ethan wasn't feeling sleepy because of his demonic mom. He began to weep uncomfortably. Her face was full of sorrow and depression. He recalled the statement his mom told him about being a demon king. He needs to acquire his power in order to destroy the demon king and his demons, but he can't change anything other than to accept his fate.

His clock alarmed. He checked the clock and noticed that it was 6'0 clock.

He shifted his thoughts at the back of his heart and continued his normal life. I can't wait for her confession. He said happily and freshened up quickly.

He made a cup of coffee for himself and gulped down the coffee. He wrote a sentence on a small paper

"Mom, I forgot to inform you about this special day but I will be back in the evening or tomorrow morning. I can't guess presently."

He took her school bag and placed it on his back. He took some snacks because his stomach began to growl. He opened the door and closed it back patiently.

He tiptoed for a long distance and began to walk normally and pleasantly.

The class gist changed to his early arrival. The students were amazed because Ethan always came late to school. The teachers were aware of his lateness and warned him several times.

Fortunately, Emily came to school early and met Ethan sitting on his chair. She opened her mouth in surprise and walked to his seat.

"Good morning, how was your night?"

"It was gorgeous. What about you?"

"Same here, I was busy thinking about you last night. Could you lend me some minutes out of your time? I need to discuss with you"

"Okay,I can hear you, speak freely."

"Do you mind moving out of this class?"

"I don't mind moving outside, I can understand you."

They walked outside the class and stopped after a long distance from class.

I think I can express my feelings now.

Like I said earlier, I felt discouraged and disgusted every moment I thought about you, but that doesn't matter when the power of love is in my heart.

I fell in love with you the first time you enrolled into this school. I promised myself that I wouldn't love any guy in my higher institution, but I think I am charmed with the power of love.

I don't want my precious heart to be broken like my pitiful mother who was beaten by my dad. I felt pathetic when this happened, but I think my life is different from her life.

My dad has changed his behaviour but I can't forget it. It is still flesh in my memories. I want you to give me your heart.
