A LETTER TO MY PARENT

After 1 month of Maria's friendship with Bills, she decided to write a letter to her parents..

She was scared of meeting with them most especially their reaction. She decided to put her expression into writing.

Dad,mom,This shouldn't be a problem to you both as I am going to be fine.

This isn't just going to be my chance of fulfilling my dreams but also a privilege that will change our life.

On the contrary to meeting with Mr Bills, I fell in love with him,and he does too.

But expressing my feelings to you both was insane for me.

Maria's parents were anxious about this,

Maria's mom screams at her daughter, calling her name.

Maria;yes mom.

What's this,are you stupid?

At this age you're in love …

Mom, I'm sorry,I didn't mean to hurt you both…Maria exclaimed as she was crying and explaining.

Mom said,love is the hardest thing to control. At this point,I don't know what to do.

Her dad was speechless all through their conversation with her mom.

While her mom was yelling at her,her dad stood up,went to his room,still remaining speechless.

Maria went to her dad crying;dad what's wrong?

Are you angry with me as well?

No my daughter I'm not,but at this point what will you have me say?

Love is something I can't take away from you…but you have to understand something;I and your mom love you so much, going into a relationship is a red flag to us..I once told you that pleasant gifts mostly come with favor,and this is the favor.

No dad,Mr Bills is innocent about this,his gift is not the reason for this.

Please let me prove that I am not going into the wrong part.

Maria,you can go to your room,I need to rest my head.

THE AGREEMENT

The next day Maria met with Mr Bills and told him about the issue between her parents and her.

My mom was so mad at me the moment she realized…

Maria,Don't worry,I'll meet with your parents on this.

2 days later,he met with Maria's dad and tried explaining that he has no bad intentions towards their daughter…

He promised to sponsor her in school and get her a better life.

Mr man,it is not those offers I am after,I can only grant this opportunity if my daughter finishes her school up to the standard level and gets a job.

I'll grant this request, I'll further your daughter's schooling in the United Kingdom and land her a job in my company after completing her studies.

At night, Maria's dad discussed this with the mom and told her the agreement..

Nooo, dear I won't accept this;

Can you just stop complaining and listen to me;I love my daughter as well and I wouldn't want to replicate her future in danger.

Trust me my love…this will come out for good.

THE NEW HAPPINESS

2 months later,Bills prepared Maria's visa to the United Kingdom.

Maria left 1 week later,giving her parents full guarantee to come out in a flying color.

Mr Bills keeps supporting Maria's family with shelter and luxurious life.

Got his dad employed in the automotive company and Maria's mom and standard boutique shop.

My dear,I never saw this coming,this man is a God sent.

Our life with that of our daughter is changed for good.

My dear husband, I never saw this coming as well that was why I rejected the offer.

You know I told you earlier, not to get worried about our daughter,women ehh,I knew you're protecting your daughter's interest.

But nevertheless, the future is bright my dear.

O yes darling,it is bright.

Maria called her dad;dad how're you and mom?

My dear we are fine,and I hope you're doing well?

Yes dad,iam.

Maria reached out to her friend Jessy,appreciated her for her support and giving her confidence.

After 7 years,Maria came back with a flying color as a petroleum engineering..

Maria's parents were so proud of their children.

They gave Mr Bills 100% permission to marry their daughter.

They both got married and lived a better life.

After 4 months of their marriage,Maria received a contract in the United States worth 30$ million dollars.

She accepted the contract and flew to the United States.

After the completion of her contract, she came back to her town to meet with her husband.

BUSINESS CRASHED

Maria later got pregnant and gave birth to a son called Daniel..

Bills industry went into a fire outburst a day when he and his wife Maria were set to relocate to the United Kingdom.

Bills was no longer himself as he lost comfort,all his thinking was for the happiness of his wife,how he'll take care of his wife and kid.

Despite the success of his wife,he still wanted that responsibility of catering for his wife.

His wife Maria tries to comfort him alongside his wife's parents who came for the same reason.

Life hasn't ended as you'll get back your business, his wife assured him.

2 days later,His wife submitted proposals to different countries for a contract work which she wasn't granted.

Mr Bills business needed over 1 billion naira for rebuild and structural settings..this was beyond their ability.

As days keep going so Maria keeps submitting proposals.

Bills sold most of his estates businesses, his luxurious cars to see what he could raise..the amount wasn't even close to the actual money lost.

Bills lost hope has he set to let go the stress and look forward to his smaller business…tho Bills financial background wasn't in a High standard.

Bills intention to travel with his wife was canceled.

He needed to get whole of himself, set businesses in places again.

Life was still good enough for Bills and his wife not until Maria opened the jam of happiness to her husband again.
