Brady did not come back home that night – or at least not before I fell asleep – but the next morning he was back, sipping onto his coffee while grading papers as if nothing happened. "Good morning." he greeted me emptily. I returned the salute and walked over to the kitchen. "Hi." I answered my ringing phone as I fixed some toast for Brady and myself. "Hey.
