Eventually, the sparkles completely dissipated into thin air and she cooled down completely. Luckily, the sparkles of fire couldn't burn me which was one of the reasons I was able to keep on holding on to her. I felt the heat but it was not that hot and it couldn't burn my skin.
Seeing her now relaxed in my hold, I decided to take her to the bed when I remembered something.
Earlier, she was bleeding so I turned her head, so that her face was facing the other side to check if there was any trace of bleeding but there was no sign that she had hurt herself. She was alright. I turned her again to look at me and what I saw made me flabbergasted.
She was tearing out blood. The drops I saw earlier, when she was sparkling light, were blood.
