It was quite believing to see our child make it through, 3 months later and he was healthy we haven't named him anything yet, as we just keep calling him 'baby boy' or pumpkin. Our identities have been hidden whilst we are staying with our son at the hospital. Elena takes him out his cot everyday and feeds him with a bottle, until he's old enough to feed from her t**s. Not gonna lie, I'm quite jealous of the tiny little things like that, like how lucky is that baby gonna be to get to suck her t**s everyday. In 2 weeks time we get to take our baby home, they are running blood tests on the moment and giving him scans to make sure he's perfectly healthy, and so they can understand why he was born prematurely. Elena is quite upset that she didn't get to experience the natural birth, and she thinks her body is ruined by the mark where our child was born. I think it's a beautiful thing, where we are in paradise.

My best buddy Joe is gonna be the first person I tell personally, he knows how to deal with these types of things, as he knocked up some famous girl, then she ended up leaving him with the child, he now possesses 11 children and he's only in his 20's to early 30's. I started to dial the number into my phone, and as my best buddy Joseph Devine had answered the phone, his voice sort of reminded you of the actor 'Neil Patrick Harris' voice;

Joe- "Hello, CEO Joseph Devine speaking, how may I help you?" He makes everything sound like a god damn buisness.

Ashton-"Hi Joe, it's Ashton Leery, I have something to tell you"

Joe- "Ashton mate, long time no see"

Ashton-"Yeah mate, you remembered that incredibly sexy woman that I had been obsessed with since like forever?"

Joe- "Yeah mate, ain't she your step sister now?"

Ashton-"Yes but that's not the point. I am trusting you to keep this information to yourself can I trust you. You are my best mate after all"

Joe- "sure mate, anything for you."

Ashton- "well I got Elena pregnant, and she had a premature birth 3 months ago, we have a son and hopefully we can bring him out in 2 weeks time and you can meet him"

Joe- "oh my god congrats mate, you are going to love the dad side to this, my new mrs, Maurice has just had a baby girl, I'm sure they can have playdates together. Oh my God this is gonna be great"

Ashton- "yes incredible, I'm sure they are gonna be best of friends"

Joe-" of course they are. I'm gonna go now but you take care, I'll see you on the other side brother. Let me know when you and Elena are free and we can have a playdate"

Ashton- "Yes, oh one last thing before you go, how did you cope when that famous woman left you with that child? Like it was it hard with all the publicity and s**t?"

Joe-"oh s**t mate, so basically what you have to do is ignore it, pretend that you're happy even if you're not, then it dies down after a couple months, they will bring it up a couple times a few years down the line, but theres not enough to really hurt you. You'll be okay"

Ashton-" ah I see, well thank you for everything mate, catch you in a bit"

Joe- "and you mate"

The call cut off, there is only one thing I can do really, is I'll be open to Elena and say I'll be open to the world, and say that I'll protect her no matter what. My sister. My love. My best friend. Let's prepare for the world.

I could hear Ashton on the phone outside, was he arranging for us to go home? Was he taking a business call? I went to go see him, with the drip tied to my arm, making sure my fluids stay up as I wouldn't leave the room without my child. Hes beautiful, hes beginning to look more and more like his father each day. My two boys ?.

A couple minutes later, he was off the phone, and entered the room.

"So, Elena, in 2 weeks time we can leave, theres gonna be a lot of publicity, and paps and fans, lots of lots of questions, if you agree to let this become public with me, I don't want to hide us, I dont want to hide our child. We're beautiful together, we're absolutely no doubt about it perfect. Our family is perfect, so what that our parents are married, it's always been you Elena, not one single person I've been with compared to you. You're my person, stepsister or not. I looked at him in pure shock. He's always been in love with me? He thinks we're perfect?.

He smirked, that sexy smirk. "Always and forever". He kissed the top of my forehead as we looked at our child, as our life was about to get hectic.
