Work was actually a welcomed reprieve from the emotional rollercoaster I was riding for the last few days. I couldn't remember the last time I had such a productive day. It was like my brain was so desperate to avoid what was happening that it was latching onto every other task I offered it. I even cleaned the coffee machine after lunch.
