Gray The book in my hands was open, but my eyes weren’t reading a damn thing. Myra, was all that was on my mind. Her face, etched with disappointment, with something raw, something I couldn’t name, kept flashing through my mind like a curse. Her clenched jaw, the way her lips trembled, like she had so much to say but swallowed it whole. It was eating me alive.
