“Daddy, why can’t I ride Bella fast?” Emma huffed with a stubborn pout, hands on her tiny hips, her golden curls bouncing as she stomped a little in frustration.
Bella, her beloved pony who had now grown into a graceful young horse, stood tall beside her.
Alex knelt before Emma with a gentle smile, brushing her hair behind her ear. “Baby, you know the rules. You can’t ride fast when you’re alone. I just don’t want you to get hurt.”
