I adjusted the strap of the baby carrier around my shoulder as we walked down the woods with Selene beside me and Adrian in my arms. Selene was quiet beside me and didn't say anything after I asked her to come out for a walk with me.
It was late in the night and Adrian wasn't sleepy at all so she wanted to bring him along. Me not able to be apart from the cute little munchkin, I offered to carry him. I also couldn't sleep with so many things in my mind.
