(Quame's POV)
Finally! Mylay gave me her address, and I didn't hesitate to go to her. It appears she is in the human town we stayed in a while back. I couldn't wait to hold her again, so I was bobbing and weaving through traffic like a NASCAR driver. As I neared the location, my heart began to pound in my chest loudly.
Damn, I couldn't believe how nervous she was making me. I don't care if I had to do her caveman-style and throw her over my shoulders, but she is coming back with me to Blood Moon if it is the last thing I do! I parked my car and walked a block to the address. It appeared to be a relatively large building with a small coffee shop on the bottom.
As I approached the door to the coffee shop, I was immediately hit with the most mouth-watering aroma of rose oil and jasmine.
