Claire woke up in the middle of night, she was thirsty and she realized she forgot to refill the water jug in her room so she went downstairs to the kitchen. On her way back, she heard a noise coming from Logan's room so she went to check it out, his door was slightly opened so she let herself in. He stood staring down at the broken glass on the floor.
“Are you okay Logan?” Claire called out. “Be careful so you don't step on it.”
“I'm not a baby, Claire.” Logan grabbed another glass and poured whiskey in it.
“I know.” She went back downstairs and got what she needed to clean the place up. When she was done, she took a glass and stretched out her hand. “Pour for me too.”
He laughed but went ahead to pour. They both sat on the bed.
