Once upon a time, there was a small town named Millville. Millville was a quiet and peaceful town where nothing ever seemed to happen. However, one day, something happened that would change the town forever. It all started when a new resident moved into the town. His name was Mr. Jenkins, and he was a very strange man. He had moved into a large house on the outskirts of town, and nobody knew much about him except that he kept to himself and rarely left his house. One day, a group of boys from the town were playing in the woods near Mr. Jenkins' house. They had heard rumors that he was a crazy old man who would chase kids away from his property, but they didn't believe it. They thought it would be fun to see if they could sneak up to his house and scare him. So, they crept up to the house and peered through the windows. What they saw inside was the most bizarre sight they had ever seen. Mr. Jenkins was standing in the middle of his living room, wearing a clown suit and juggling flaming bowling pins. The boys were so startled that they stumbled backward and tripped over each other, making a loud noise. Mr. Jenkins heard the commotion and ran outside, still in his clown suit, and chased the boys away. The boys were terrified and ran back to town as fast as they could, screaming about the crazy clown man who lived in the house on the outskirts of town. Word quickly spread, and soon everyone in town was talking about Mr. Jenkins and his strange clown act. The town sheriff decided to investigate, and he went to Mr. Jenkins' house to talk to him. When he arrived, Mr. Jenkins answered the door in his clown suit, still juggling his flaming bowling pins. The sheriff was taken aback but tried to keep his composure. He asked Mr. Jenkins why he was juggling flaming bowling pins in his living room. Mr. Jenkins simply replied that it was his hobby, and he didn't see anything wrong with it. The sheriff tried to reason with Mr. Jenkins, explaining that he was scaring the children in town and that he needed to stop. Mr. Jenkins refused, saying that he had a right to do whatever he wanted in his own home. The sheriff was at a loss for what to do, so he went back to town to consult with the town council. They decided to hold a town meeting to discuss the issue and come up with a solution. The town meeting was held in the town hall, and everyone in town attended. Mr. Jenkins was also invited, and he showed up wearing his clown suit and carrying his flaming bowling pins. The meeting started, and the town council explained the situation. They asked Mr. Jenkins to stop juggling the flaming bowling pins in his living room, but he refused, saying that he had a right to do what he wanted in his own home. The meeting continued, but nobody could come up with a solution. Then, one of the town council members had an idea. He suggested that they hold a juggling contest and invite Mr. Jenkins to participate. If he won, he could continue juggling the flaming bowling pins in his living room. If he lost, he would have to stop. Mr. Jenkins agreed to the contest, and it was scheduled for the following Saturday. The town was buzzing with excitement, and everyone showed up to watch. The contest was held in the town square, and Mr. Jenkins was up first. He started juggling his flaming bowling pins, and the crowd was amazed. He was clearly an expert juggler, and it looked like he was going to win. Then, it was the next contestant's turn. It was a young girl from the town named Sally
