I felt my heart starting to beat rapidly for him like it used to. But how about Azrael? I promised to give him a chance. And we’re currently on our date. Then how about this demon who seems so determined to get me out of this place? Ahhh!!! I’m too confused!
“Axel,” I called softly while still letting him pull me out of this restaurant. “Where’s your brother?”
His grip on me suddenly tightened. “I locked him on the bathroom. But don’t worry, someone will get him out of there. Therese is also on stand-by.”
