Chapter Fourteen
I tried to pull my hand out of his grasp as soon as we got into a secluded area but he was just too strong. So, I couldn’t help but screamed out his name, “AXEL!” And that’s when he finally snapped into reality.
“Sorry, Juliet,” he apologized as he rubs the hand he was holding earlier. “Did I hurt you? f**k! I was just a mess earlier.”
“What is going on with the two of you?” I started to question. “And don’t give me a crappy answer, Axel.”
“I don’t know if I should be happy that you’re this dense,” He stated completely ignoring my question. “Just let this go, Juliet.”
“Axel!” I shouted out of frustration. “I’m just concerned about the two of you.”
“Are you really?” he questioned back, his tone held a lot of sarcasm in it.
