Rahg's hunger grew when he saw the food Tobias brought back. "I can't believe we finally have food."
"Would have had a lot more if Rhaven hadn't given half of it away." Tobias laughed at the expression on Rahg's face.
"Ran across two families on the road. Hunger had bitten them hard, so we gave them enough to hold them over a while. Was worth it though, just to see the look on their faces."
Camissa's smile came quickly. She knew that underneath Rhaven's rough exterior lay a good-hearted man. "I am proud of your generosity, gentlemen. I have no qualms about giving up a meal or two to help those who need it more."
