Before the meet

AMELIA POV

*Fast forward after school*

It's currently 5 pm, so I have work. I'm a waiter at Milan's. It's an Italian restaurant and they have exquisite food . I work from 5:30 - 9:30 pm since I work part-time. It's an Italian restaurant. As I got there, I greeted my co-worker. Angel and my boss, Felix. I got changed into my uniform and, thank goodness it was long sleeves, when I finished changing, I put on a little bit of makeup since I looked like sh*t, then I put on my shoes and 5 minutes later I started my shift.

GIOVANNI POV

I glanced at my watch and it glanced 5 pm so I decided to go home. I told my assistant to have my car ready and after a few minutes, my assistant knocked on the door of my office and told me that the car was waiting outside. I got up, walked to the elevator, and pressed L for the lobby. When I heard it ding, I walked out of the elevator and saw a bunch of people bowing to me as a sign of respect, so I just nodded in reply. I walked towards the exit of my building and I saw a valet waiting for me. He immediately opened the door and I hopped in.

30 minutes had passed and I was home. I got out of my car and as the maid opened the door I saw my little sister Isabella running to me and hugging me, so I picked her up and carried her to the living room and she said "can we hang for a while?" with a pout on her face. She was so cute I couldn't say no so I just nodded. She squealed, then hugged me and I chuckled.

I finished hanging out with Isabella like an hour ago. After that, I told her I was going to my room. I entered and I saw where my cat Gracey was lying on my bed sleeping peacefully, so I just kissed her forehead and she woke up immediately, so I hugged her , played with her for a while, gave her food and she rested on the bed, so I lay with her and checked my phone.

It's currently 7:20 pm and I'm getting ready for the stupid meeting with De Lucca. I got a text from him earlier and he said that he was already on his way, so I replied with a simple OK.

I walked down to my car and drove to Milan's Italian restaurant.

I walked to the restaurant and I told the waiter I got a reservation for " Giovanni Russo". After he heard my name, he immediately straightened up and led me to walk towards the VIP room and as I walked, I saw De Lucca stand up to greet me and I nodded. I decided to order food. So we ordered. I ordered the Caprese Salad with Pesto Sauce and he ordered Pasta Con Pomodoro E Basilico as a drink. We got the famous Barolo DOGC wine.
