Chapter 13 By the time I made my way over to the marina, the sun was out in full force already and working hard on drying up the puddles and erasing all signs of the earlier storm. As the sun did its work, the humidity climbed; a sure sign we were approaching late afternoon. Stopping for a moment, I grabbed a barrette out of my pocket and pulled my long blonde hair up into a ponytail before it stuck to my neck.
