To tell the truth, Vasilla was right in all these things. They were only accusing her because she doesn't have a wolf and because she isn't one of us. With the way things might get bad for her, I might have to enforce a law that will force everyone to respect her as my granddaughter.
"Your son's body --- where is it?" I asked the woman kneeling on the floor.
I had completely forgotten that I hadn't seen the body of her baby son. This trial wasn't even supposed to be held when the death hasn't been confirmed yet - that was why it was called a trial for crimes.
"My son is dead and the one who killed him is requesting to see his body first before she witnesses her crimes. Alpha!" The woman snapped angrily again.
