Morning reach and I wake up to Aiden, holding me so tight like I’m a pillow. I stretch for my phone, going straight to my chats, looking for Leila’s name. I text her and luckily, she was online, telling her every last detail of what happened with me and Aiden. “Girl you’re crazy as hell”,Leila texted with few laughing emojis. “So y’all are dating now or…?”,she asks. “I mean partially.I’ll make him ask me to be his girlfriend officially and when he does—I’m gonna be a rich man’s girl. And I know he’s gon’ get me whatever I want”. “Mhmm. So let me get one thing clear—you don’t love him?”. “Nope.I’m not doing that—getting myself attached and all that just to get broken in the end.” “Hmm,okay girl.Just be careful” “What do I need to be careful about? He can literally go on his knees for me.I’ll text you later,I think he’s waking up.” I keep my phone back under the pillow and pretend to be asleep. He wakes up and gently kisses my forehead.I open my eyes slowly and smile— “Morning” “Someone’s not a morning person”,he lets out a soft laugh. “You want some coffee senorita?I can make it if you’re not ready to get up yet.” Surprised by his sweetness,i smile—“Yeah?I really thought I was gonna get breakfast in bed or something like that”. He laughs. “Aren’t you gonna do it?”,i ask stroking his cheek. “Fine”.he sighs dramatically—“what do you want?Eggs?Pancakes?Just don’t expect me to serve it with a damn apron on.” “Mmm,surprise me”. “Surprise? You’re lucky I’m not just burning toast and calling it a meal.” He leans down and presses a quick kiss to my forehead before rolling out of bed. “Fine, but don’t blame me if it’s terrible. You look too damn good for just waking up”. “I’ll be waiting for you”. He heads to the kitchen and I get up to his closet, picking one of his T-shirt and putting it on. He comes back a few minutes later with a cup of coffee in each hand, pausing in the doorway when he sees me in his shirt. “Well, damn…”He walks over, offering me the coffee in his hand while staring down at me appreciatively. “You look good in my shirt, sweetheart.” He takes me to the kitchen where he serves me breakfast. He stares at me while I eat. “Don’t you have like a company to run or something?” “I left my assistant to handle things for me today”. “Okay.I have to go meet my best friend today” He doesn't look happy about that at all. “Oh yeah? Who is this best friend? Is it a boy?” “She’s a girl.” He relaxes at that, the scowl fading from his face as he leans back in his chair. He seems slightly more agreeable now— “Fine. I suppose a girl's not as bad as some random guy. But your friends don't get to steal you away from me, sweetheart. I don't like sharing.” “Greedy bastard aren’t you darling?I’ll still have to go”. “Fine but you better get your ass back here,we have a date tonight.” “Hmm,okay boss” His lips curl into a slow smirk, fingers tapping against the table like he’s already planning. “Damn right I do. Pick somewhere nice—I’ll spoil you rotten before I take you home and ruin you all over again.” “I can’t wait” “Neither can i cariño.Now go enjoy that little friend date” “Okay. But I need some money so we can buy things for ourse—“ I didn’t even get to finish,he reached into his pocket for his wallet. He pulls out a black Amex card. “I should have expected that, honestly. Don’t worry, sweetheart—I'll give you a limit to keep you from bankrupting me.” My mouth slightly open staring at the card.He hands me the card. “Just be ready for me tonight when I come pick you up”. “Thank you”,i smile. “And I’ll also need to wear some of your clothes since mine aren’t here” “Pick anyone that suits you” “What’s the pin baby?” I hold the card up while walking back upstairs to the room. “1019”,his deep voice echoing the halls. I book a ride before taking a shower. After that,i go to his closet, seeing a lot of fancy and elegant clothes.I pick a grey hoodie and matching sweatpants. They fit but looks really big on me.I carry my phone and my bag and move downstairs to the sitting room where he sat. He turns his head, his eyes instantly darkening as he takes in the sight of me—wrapped up in his clothes, practically swimming in them. “Jesus Christ. You look good enough to f*****g eat. And I'm definitely rethinking this whole "letting you leave" thing now, sweetheart...” “Too bad,my Uber is already here”. He stalks over to me,one hand gripping the back of my neck as he pushes me up against the wall. His tone is low, eyes roaming over me. “Damn it. I don't want you out there with anyone else looking at you. You don't even know how much I want to tell you to cancel that ride, sweetheart. You look too damn good like this… like you already belong to me.” I raise my feet up to meet his height, catching his lips in a kiss. He groans the second my lips touch his, the sound almost a growl. He pushes me against the wall, his body pressed up against me like he's trying to fuse us together. His hand slides up, tangling in my hair and angling my head—deepening the kiss as he kisses me like he can't get enough. “Bye darling”,i say as i release. His hands tighten on me— “No.”He growls the word like a damn command, pulling me in for another rough kiss before finally letting go with a low curse. “Fine. Go. But I’ll be counting every second until I have my hands on you again tonight.”
