By the time we got to the house, the sky was already darker. Alex had called multiple times but I didn’t answer the phone.
I knew what he was gonna say so why waste my time on the phone when it would just increase my already irritated feelings.
I opened the door to find everywhere in the house eerily dark with no lights on for no reason. I was looking for the light switch when I felt someone behind me.
